We are led by Bishop Carlos,
Anglican Bishop of Madrid,
through a Synod (Council) of clergy
and elected lay people,
and locally by an elected Church Committee.
Our ministry team is made up of two Anglican priests,
Rev Richard (Rector) and Rev Terry (Assistant Rector)
one based in Spain, the other in the UK,
(both are self-supporting and “relaxed” about titles),
plus two Readers, Roger and Andrew.
and five Worship Leaders,
Kay, Sheila, Doreen, Gill and Shirley.
Our worship is sacramental and liturgical,
relaxed but dignified, in the central Anglican tradition.
Hymns and contemporary worship songs
are supported by Dave on his guitar,
and recorded music with Jim
Holy Communion (also known as the Eucharist,
the Lord's Supper, and the Mass)
is celebrated at least twice a month,
and other Sundays are Morning Prayer.
Our two Churchwardens (leading lay people)
are Geoff and Lucy, and the secretary
to our Church Committee is Sue.
Our church values transparency, integrity,
honesty, and respect
in all areas of its life and ministry.
